PAL C64 / SID-ish translation

Wizball Title Tune

This version renders the tune into an audio buffer using a tiny SID-style synth: PAL SID frequency words from the assembly table, source waveform/control bytes, approximate SID ADSR, pulse width, phase-continuous arpeggios, soft clipping, and a gentle output filter.
